About the Program

Never done High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) before? Sprinterval, with sprint interval training, is the perfect way to start. No equipment needed, except a good pair of shoes.

Sprinterval is a 6 week program designed for HIIT beginners. Every session is a little more challenging than the one before, as you slowly ramp up your work capacity - the amount of time you can go all out compared to the amount of rest you need between intervals.
